Every installation from Green Life Property Services includes ongoing maintenance, so if something goes out, we come back and fix it.

When the season wraps up, timing matters too. We schedule removal in January, working around your preference for early or mid-month takedown, and we handle it the same way we handle installation: carefully, without damage to your roof, gutters, trees, or landscaping.

How quickly do you respond to a repair request?

We aim to schedule repair visits within a few days of hearing from you. During peak season we prioritize outages that affect a large portion of the display to get you back to full brightness as quickly as possible.

Is maintenance included, or is it billed separately?

In-season maintenance is included with every installation we do — there's no separate bill for a standard repair visit covered under our service guarantee.

Can I request removal earlier or later than January?

Yes. While most removals happen in January, we work with your schedule and can accommodate an earlier or later date if you let us know your preference.
