Seasonal Storage FAQ
Do I have to use storage, or can I keep my own lights?
Storage is optional. Some clients prefer to keep their own lights at home, and we're happy to hand everything back to you after removal instead. It's entirely up to you.
What happens if a strand stops working while in storage?
We check strands during packing and again before next season's installation. If something needs to be replaced, we let you know ahead of time so there are no surprises on installation day.
Is seasonal storage available without a new installation?
Seasonal storage is offered as part of our installation and removal service. If you're an existing client looking to add storage to your plan, let us know when you schedule your removal.
